Use of this Site

The website www.ZepCare.co.uk is free to use for personal purposes. By using this website you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Any purchases/orders made on this website will be governed by these Terms and Conditions between ‘You’ the user and www.ZepCare.co.uk. This contract is between the user/visitor/customer and the website only and does not cover any third parties.

Prices

The prices mentioned on our website are for the products. Shipping and handling may cost extra and will be mentioned. The prices mentioned are supplied by the manufacturer/supplier of the product and if, by mistake any product is under-priced, we will not be liable to supply that item on the stated price. Taxes and other charges may apply on the prices mentioned with the products. The prices of products may change without notice.

Availability

If any product is not available beyond our control, we will notify on our website.

Acceptance

This contract will be viable only when we dispatch the goods. Until that point we may decline the supply of your order without stating any reason. If for any reason we decline supplying you the said goods and we have taken any payment from your credit/debit card, we will return the payment within 30 days of declining your order. No additional compensation will be offered to you for the disappointment.

  1. If there is a problem with the delivery of your order in terms of availability of the goods or failure to deliver, we shall contact you with any available means.
  2. If your ordered goods are not available with the supplier or are no longer manufactured, we reserve the right to substitute it with another product of similar specification and quality.

Delivery, Shortages and Acceptance

Delivery of the product will be made on the address provided by the user on the order form. Once the delivery has been made, the goods will be held at your risk and ZepCare will not be held responsible for their loss or damage.

Please note that currently we can only deliver to our customers located in UK. There may be some areas where it will not be possible to deliver. All deliveries are made through third party vendors. If for some reason you are not available when the goods are being delivered, they will be stored according to the carrier’s policy. They may be stored at the carrier’s facility from where you can pick them up or can be delivered at any other time. We ensure that every effort is made to ensure delivery within 30 days of receipt of your order but we do not take any liability of loss arising due to delay in delivery due to any cause beyond our control.

If you order items that have different availability dates, ZepCare will hold all orders until the last item is delivered. However, customers can chose to have each item delivered individually but we reserve the right to charge a delivery fee every time.

Intellectual Property

All content on www.ZepCare.co.uk is protected by copyright, trademarks and intellectual property rights. Users and visitors may view the website on their computers, smart phones and other display devices or store it in the form of a disk, but you cannot store it on any server or any other storage device connected to a network. You can also print a copy of the information for personal, non-commercial use, provided that all the information will be kept with any copyright and proprietary notices. The information of this website shall not be copied, reproduced, distributed or modified for any commercial purpose without written consent from ZepCare.

If the goods delivered are damaged or defective or the order delivered was not something you ordered, we will have no liability unless you notify us in writing within 10 days of delivery of the goods in question.

If you did not receive the goods within 30 days of the date of order, we will have no liability unless you contact us in writing within 40 days of ‘date of order’.

When you notify any problem to us, we will be obliged only to: Make sure the goods are delivered.

Replace or repair any damaged goods (may depend on the availability of the goods and manufacturer/courier policy). Refund you the amount paid depending on the refund policy.

ZepCare and its team will not be liable for any damage or expenses (loss of profit, business goodwill) arising from non-availability of goods. We will not be held responsible for any compensation other than refund to you the amount paid if any.

The customer will be responsible for any customs, import duty and any other charges for delivery of goods. Also the customer must comply all rules and regulations related to import of such products. ZepCare will serve no liability in respect to import and export of the goods you purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you may have as a consumer under applicable and governing law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or shall affect or exclude your statutory rights where it would be unlawful to do so.

ZepCare may contain links to third party websites which are beyond our control. We will not be held liable for any loss occurring due to visiting these websites. These websites are independent and have their own privacy statements. Users are advised to read and understand them.

International Use

ZepCare does not promise that the content, products and services on our website are appropriate for use outside the United Kingdom. Accessing this website from any area where such content is illegal is prohibited.
