Products cannot be returned after 14 days. Please note that product(s) may only be exchanged in size or returned if they haven’t been used or damaged because of health and hygiene reasons.

Some products that cannot be returned or exchanged in any case - please see individual listing descriptions for details.

All items must be returned in their:

  1. original packaging.
  2. Along with sender’s full name mentioned Clearly.
  3. Item name.
  4. The Product and packaging Must be in resell-able condition.
  5. Clearly state what size you require or if you require a refund.

(Please use Royal Mail Second Class delivery to return products with the recommendation of posting via Recorded delivery so you can track and trace your product.)

  1. Returns and exchanges will cost a postage cost of £6.99 for UK customers.
  2. International customer charges vary according to their countries’ postage.
  3. Postage will be charged to resend items in the case of uncalled for, unclaimed and products returned by Royal Mail.

After 28 days of receiving the product(s), if you find that the product(s) are not up to its manufacturer's warranty you can:

  1. Send the product back to the manufacturer
  2. (Normally a manufacturer's warranty card comes along with the product)
  3. Send the product back to us and we will send it to the manufacturer on your behalf
  4. (However, there will be a small P&P charge- please ask beforehand if you require this service.)
